Before starting any design project with our partners, we love to have a meeting that helps us learn more about you and your needs, and to see if our design service is right for you.

Here we also go over the scope and timeline of a project.

The next step is to create and send you the project’s plan and proposal.


Research is the most important step in the brand identity design process.

We do extensive research on your business, your competition, and your end users. Who they are, what they want, what are their pain points and challenges.

Finally, we see how it fits your project or the business goals we want to accomplish. We prioritise goals, provide overall clarity, develop a strategy, and then move to the next phase.


design concepts

Based on the research, we develop one to several design concepts that includes the project’s look & feel, voice and tone, behaviour, brand message and business objectives.

Those concepts are represented through a presentation with a real life simulation of the project’s usage.

refinement & testing

Among the represented ideas we chose the best one to move forward. We take time to refine the concept, work on details, create prototypes, and move towards its finalization.

This also typically includes up to 3 rounds of requested edits and revisions that we make upon receiving your feedback.



And now the final and the most exciting stage of the process, brand launch!

When you have approved the final designs and are happy with the work, we create the artwork files and hand them over to you organized for use in print and digital.
