Our process
-
After determining your needs and project goals using the questionnaire or having a workshop we work on several concepts followed by concept design presentation. After choosing one direction we do additional corrections and testing. Upon final approval we deliver you materials and guidelines in a digital format.
-
We send you a presentation with typically 2-3 concept designs.
We can present it live over video call or via email.
In the presentation we use mockups or renders that present your idea in the real environment for the best experience.
-
We typically include 2 rounds of revisions. We do this to efficiently use both yours and our time.
Additional revisions are charged according to the proposal and signed contract. You may take as many revisions as your budget allows you.
-
We will send you an email with files and short explanations how to use them.
For example, in logo design projects this typically involves logo files delivered in number of layouts (vertical, horizontal, symbol only…) in black as well as colour. Files are provided in EPS (vector), JPG and PNG formats.
For other deliverables, the final files will depend on what you or the manufacturer requires.

What if…
-
Any additional correction or requested item that wasn’t part of the initial scope of the work is charged additionally.
-
We respect whatever the reason you have and will end the project. In that case, delivering final files will cost you 50% of the paid amount in the beginning of the project.
-
There can be valid reasons why our project at some point could not be financed. In that case we pause the project until the circumstances allow it.
The other solution is to check the project’s scope, its items and deliverables and remove those that are not necessary. -
To ensure the project flow goes as efficiently as possible without much noise and conflicts between the members it’s highly recommended to decide who the primary decision-maker is on behalf of the Client.
This way we can receive the feedback from the appointed person who represents the Client and avoid wasting precious time on both sides. -
Sometimes we miss a deadline for a day or few. And that is OK. However, in case that some deadlines prolong for more than 14 days (or even months due to specific reasons) the project price will be increased according to the new agreement.
