Campaign identity for participatory budgeting project in Lumbarda

We designed a fresh visual identity for the participatory budgeting project started by Lumbarda Municipality on Korčula island. What is it about? Participatory budgeting is a democratic process where citizens directly decide how the public budget is divided and spent. This way the locals and community members can choose smaller communal projects that they want to be part of the Municipality’s budget plan.

The visual identity is based on the logo linked to the word Lumbarda and the pictogram of an politically active person thus symbolising the initiative and invitation to the community members for active participation in the project. The parts of the logo can be applied to various pictograms suggesting communal projects in the community.
